Thanks Frank! Its available on amazon.com and amazon.ca, but I don’t think they can get it to you for Christmas. Right now its only in stores in Ottawa, but I bet they would mail it to you if you called. Failing that, I still have some copies I could mail you. Just email me, david@davidsachs.com and I’ll either mail you myself or connect you to a store in Ottawa.

If timing isn’t an issue, just order from Amazon.
