My first article after a few years break was a political comment in the Ottawa Citizen on the (temporarily latest) Senate scandal.

They took out my favourite line, which had to do with ducks, but otherwise I’m happy with it.

The argument was pretty straightforward, but had really not been voiced.

The conservative mindset understands that power tends to corrupt. How far will we let it corrupt us? I have been involved in party work for more than a decade and I call on other party members to demand answers, or resignation from our leader.
